Carl Richard Steele, known to some as Carl and to others as Richard thru the years, passed away November 27, 2017 at the age of 70 from cancer. 

Carl Richard was born on April 24th, 1947.  He attended school in his younger years in Pine Springs, TX. and went on to graduate from John Tyler High School in 1965. He served in the US Air Force.

Carl Richard resided in Whitehouse, TX. with his wife Scharlotte and is survived by her; a son Neal; daughter, Camille; 4 grandkids, a brother Gary and sister's Frances and Nancy.
