 Mary Clark wrote, "It is with great sorrow that I said goodbye to my Husband Max Clark yesterday. He died peacefully in his sleep Thursday night. He suffers no more and is at peace with his Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. He will be missed dearly. Max was a loving husband, Father and Granddad. As soon as services are scheduled I will make notifications. Thank you for prayers and support. Mary Clark"

Judy Smith (Shamburger)

Mary, I was also a classmate of Max in high school.  He waa one of the handsome, popular guys that was nice to everybody.  I am so sorry for you loss.  I know Max had been ill for a while.  Being a widow is tough. I know.  I lost my husban 13 years ago and I still miss him every day.  Hang in there.  It's not something you get over but you do get through.

Maxie was a good   teammate and friend.He lived with Donnie , Rudy and me at SFA for a semester after leaving AM.. He will be missed. REST IN PEACE ! OLD BUDDY

Jimmy Reynolds

I was a teamate of Max at Boulter in the 8th grade and it was apparent to me then that he was a special person and gifted athlete. My family moved to Dallas just before school started for 9th grade, and I never saw most of them again. I'm happy that he had a loving family and feel sure he's keeping an eye on them from above. May he rest in peace.
